Job Description

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Corporate Dealership Service Advisor Trainer. Located at Napleton’s St. Peters dealership locations, The Automotive Corporate Dealership Service Advisor Trainer role will help to hire, train, and develop the skills of the Service Advisors at multiple locations following the company Service Drive Process. Training sessions will be delivered both on the drive and via Zoom. All assignments and performance objectives are delivered from the Corporate office training team. Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging team member training sessions
  • Maintain Assistant Trainer event calendar and various reports for team member Training and Registration.
  • Keep accurate training records.
  • Deliver training is focused on helping advisors understand the importance of service drive best practices to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction ratings/surveys, including utilization of various workplace tools.
  • Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Training Manager
Job Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of dealership Service Advisor experience
  • A proven track record of excellent customer service results along and achieving sales and performance metrics.
  • Ability to adapt and learn and work with various computer applications; including CDK, GOOGLE docs and excel
  • Excellent communication skills, organization, and follow-up skills
  • 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
  • Valid Driver’s license
