The Digital Technologies Digital Operations group is seeking a Windchill Systems Administrator, Digital Operations technologist. This candidate will perform application administration for a product data/lifecycle management system (PDM/PLM) to successfully develop, implement, and maintain PDM solutions across various classified programs. **What You Will Do** + Provide onsite IT and end user support for multiple deployments in primarily a Red Hat Linux environment, whether it be responding to help desk tickets or project-driven tasks. Examples include executing standard procedures for sustainment, deployment, minor patching, or major upgrades of applications, operating system, database, etc. + Follow, update, and author technical documentation to complete those tasks. + Interact with individuals from multiple functions (cybersecurity, system administrators, program management, engineers, etc.) **Qualifications You Must Have** + Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience + Experience with Linux/Unix commands, operations, and administration + Experience supporting PDM/PLM Systems such as Windchill, Teamcenter, ENOVIA + Must be able to obtain Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification) within 6 months of start date. + The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. **Qualifications We Prefer:** Experience or certifications in the following technologies, tools, methodologies: + Databases (Oracle, SQL Server) + Web Servers/Servlet Engines (Apache, Tomcat, IIS) + Development (Java, Python, Ant, Ansible) + Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, Unix) + Computer Aided Design (Creo Parametric, Solidworks, CATIA) + Agile tools and processes (JIRA, Azure DevOps Server, SAFe, Kanban) + Others (VMWare, Informatica) Please consider the following role type definition as you apply for this role. + Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 224,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
