Job Description

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to provide remote administrative support to our team at Icodex Publishing Solutions. As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including email management, calendar organization, and data entry.

- Communication: Respond to emails, phone calls, and messages in a timely and professional manner.

- Scheduling: Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
