Job Description
We’re looking for a Sr. Video Post-Producer to support a high-performing in-house creative team at a well-known beauty brand. This role is a contract engagement to provide maternity leave coverage and will play a key role in keeping projects moving smoothly across multiple beauty and skincare campaigns. The ideal candidate brings a mix of post-production leadership and hands-on editing expertise. You’ll be working closely with producers, editors, and creatives to ensure everything from first cut to final delivery is polished, on-brand, and on time.
This is a hybrid position based in NYC. In-office presence is typically required Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with occasional on-set needs or additional days depending on production. Please email your resume, rate and portfolio/reel to be considered.

Responsibilities:- Oversee the post-production lifecycle for various brand video assets—everything from ecomm and social to campaign storytelling
- Jump in with hands-on editing (Premiere, After Effects) to support timelines and quality standards
- Conduct live reviews with internal teams and vendors, providing clear and actionable feedback
- Manage shifting schedules, team workflows, and post timelines with flexibility and clarity
- QC edits for content accuracy, sound, color, VFX, and overall creative alignment before delivery
- Communicate with vendors and freelancers to ensure expectations are met at every stage
- Serve as a go-to resource for post best practices and help guide junior team members
- Provide status updates, anticipate blockers, and keep stakeholders informed
Required Qualifications:- A solid background in post-production with at least 5 years of experience
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus)
- Strong editing skills, especially within brand-driven or campaign environments
- Experience managing multiple projects at once in fast-paced settings
- A collaborative, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with managing external vendors and navigating approvals
- Bonus: experience in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion brands
