  • Work seamlessly with the OR team to ensure precision, efficiency, and exceptional patient outcomes.

Own the Pre- and Post-Op Experience:

  • Connect with patients before surgery, ensuring they feel informed and at ease.
  • Confirm cases, manage essential documentation, and facilitate smooth patient transfers.
  • Provide detailed handovers to PACU staff to maintain continuity of care.

Grow, Innovate, and Lead:

  • Engage in clinical and operational improvement projects, including training and process enhancements.
  • Expand your expertise by learning new surgical specialties and staying ahead in the ever-evolving world of surgery.

What You’ll Bring to the OR:

Experience & Expertise:

  • At least 2 years of surgical assisting experience in spine, orthopedics, and robotics.
  • One of the following credentials: RNFA, PA-C, NP, or LSA.

Education & Training:

    • Nurse Practitioners – Master’s/Doctoral in NP Studies + CNOR or RNFA.
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and MS Office—because efficiency matters in and out of the OR.
  • Current state license where practicing.

Physical Requirements:

    • Lifting, standing, squatting, bending, and kneeling during procedures.
    • Frequent lifting (20+ lbs.), constant seeing, hearing, and speaking in a fast-paced OR setting.

Preferred Skills & Mindset:

  • Strong interpersonal skills—because teamwork is key in the OR.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset—patients always come first.
  • Able to function independently, confidently, and adapt to dynamic environments.

Are You Ready to Make an Impact?
