Job Description

Overview:

Position Summary:  

Serves as a strategic Chief of Staff, directly supporting executive leadership in driving enterprise priorities, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and aligning teams around organizational goals. Leads executive reporting, board communications, and strategic planning processes while ensuring operational alignment across departments such as HR, Finance, and Marketing.

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:  

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and executive team, driving alignment, prioritization, and execution of enterprise initiatives across departments.  
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, translating executive vision into actionable workstreams with clear milestones, accountability, and performance metrics.  
  • Serve as program lead for high-impact initiatives tied to investment thesis.  
  • Lead development of executive-level reports and board materials by synthesizing updates, metrics, and strategic insights.  
  • Oversee creation and management of executive dashboards, KPIs, and progress tracking tools to support enterprise visibility for internal leadership and private equity partners.  
  • Identify and resolve systemic performance barriers through data-driven insights and stakeholder alignment.  
  • Facilitate executive forums and leadership meetings; set agendas, drive decisions, and ensure follow-through on enterprise priorities.  
  • Drive interdepartmental alignment by coordinating across departments.  
  • Build institutional processes for strategic planning, quarterly OKRs, and business rhythm.  
  • Support growth initiatives (diligence and post-close integration) in coordination with corporate development.  
  • Lead playbook development and execution for clinic onboarding, standardization, and value-capture initiatives.  
  • Drive special projects related to company growth such as digital transformation and operational innovation.  
Qualifications:

Experience Required :  

  • 4–7 years in a Chief of Staff, strategic operations, corporate development, or consulting role supporting senior executives.  
  • Proven success leading cross-functional programs, strategic initiatives, or M&A/post-close integration efforts.  
  • Experience building executive-level reports, dashboards, and board materials for internal and investor audiences.  
  • Strong skills in project tracking, KPI reporting, OKR planning, and business performance analysis.  
  • Demonstrated ability to align stakeholders, resolve blockers, and drive execution on enterprise priorities.  
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.  
  • Background in fast-paced, high-growth, private equity-backed, or matrixed environments preferred.  

 

Qualifications/Skills:  

  • Bachelor's Degree  
  • Project Management Certification (preferred) 
  • 4-7 years
