The Archdiocese of St. Louis strives to teach and share our faith, serve others, and foster unity throughout the St. Louis area. Once a part of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary's campus, the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
School secretary needed mornings five days per week. 7:45 am - 12:30 pm. Office duties as well as cafeteria supervision.
Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, filing, and handling correspondence
Maintain student attendance records and manage basic clerical tasks
Support school staff with scheduling, communication, and administrative needs
Supervise students in the cafeteria during breakfast and/or lunch periods
Ensure a safe and orderly environment in both the office and cafeteria
Assist with other tasks as assigned by school administration
Prior experience in a school or office setting preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable supervising children and enforcing basic rules
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, word processing)
High school diploma or equivalent required
