JOB DESCRIPTION

Retail Sales Associate

The Retail Sales Associate will help facilitate daily front-end retail operations of the West Chester, PA storefront. Working alongside the Store Manager, this position offers not only immersive and experiential learning, but growth as well. While not mandatory, this is a great position for someone with a background in food service seeking increased benefits and an abbreviated schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS The Sales Associate is a brand ambassador and leader in assisting the Store Manager to deliver enriching experiences for our consumers.

• Delivering outstanding customer service and experiences
• Executing on all selling activities including merchandising, promotions, food safety and protocol execution
• Achieving store sales goals and driving sales through targeted and measured activities.
• Responsible for participating in the in-store production of various chocolate products as well as maintaining a safe food handling environment

Qualifications

• A passion for food, chocolate, and the culinary industry
• Flexibility in work schedule is required including the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays
• Experience working within a food environment is desired
• Previous experience in a retail sales environment with increasing levels of responsibility preferred
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
