We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in a designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both direct and technical sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key customer relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals to success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets within the assigned region.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our technology solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on Automotive parts
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle service equipment products
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of OEM needs
  • Strong understanding of software products and their applications in various industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos effectively and engage potential customers.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Experience in outside sales and territory management is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships and tracking performance metrics.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
