Job Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Counter Salesperson at Mall of Georgia Ford in Buford, GA. The Parts Counter Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers with parts inquiries, managing inventory control, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. Job Responsibilities: This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Counter Salesperson. The Parts Counter Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers/technicians with parts inquiries, managing inventory control, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. We have determined these factors are mandatory to your success with acquiring this position:

• Must have computer proficiency.
• Experience in retail or automotive sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Communication skills
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Valid driver's license*
• Impeccable Customer Service skills
