As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.

Pay Range:

$19.50  - $31.00  hourly

Location: Miami, FL

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner.
• Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings for staff.
• Organize and maintain office files and documents, ensuring easy retrieval.
• Order and manage office supplies, keeping inventory stocked.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
• Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
• Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
