Office Assistant Link Ford Rice Lake is looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to keeping the dealership running smoothly by handling administrative duties, supporting office operations, and ensuring compliance with internal and external procedures. Responsibilities

• Answer phones and cashiering
• Daily Bank Deposit
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Process incoming mail daily
• Kwik Trip fuel spreadsheet
• Scanning to Sharepoint
• Assist with deal processing
• Assist with Title processing
• Assist with New and used vehicle inventory input
• Assist with Maintain Motor Vehicle, Insurance, and Sales Tax Logs
• Internal RO posting
• Responsible for keeping associated schedules clean

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma beyond High School Desired
• No Licenses or Certifications Required
• No Vehicle Requested
• Class D - Regular (Auto, Light Truck, Moped) Desired
• No Endorsement Requested
• No Age Requested
• Possess high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Has accounting background with either education or experience
• Read and comprehend instructions and information
• Possess excellent communication, telephone and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Professional appearance
