Position Summary: The Manager, Contract Attorney will support to provide daily legal support to business and provide feasible and risk-balanced advice on contracts and projects. **Key Responsibilities:** + Become the Business Partner to our Taiwan business to support its overall business goals + Provide legal support to the broader South East Asia region + Draft and review a wide range of agreements and provide risk analysis & feasible mitigation plans; develop and update various types of contracts templates and training material + Conduct legal research on various legal matters and provide legal advice and analysis on applicable laws and regulations + Collaborate with business teams and other risk control functions in the development and implementation of policies, and procedures and SOPs.
