This outstanding role is pivotal in our mission to drive world-class manufacturing processes and deliver high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. **Key Responsibilities:** + Coordinate the daily operations of manufacturing processes including formulation, dispensing, and packaging. + Ensure all manufacturing processes align with industry standards and regulations. + Develop and successfully implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. + Manage and lead an ambitious team of manufacturing personnel, providing training, mentoring, and performance evaluations. + Coordinate with other departments to ensure the seamless integration of manufacturing processes. + Monitor production schedules and ensure the timely delivery of products. + Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and quality control data. + Identify and troubleshoot issues in the manufacturing process, implementing corrective actions as needed. + Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the team. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve manufacturing operations. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, a relevant scientific subject area, or a related field. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, directly managing staff. + Strong leadership and team management skills. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. + Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality control standards. + Proficiency with manufacturing software and tools. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively **Compensation and Benefits** The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $92,900.00-$139,325.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
