Mission Heritage Medical Group is seeking a full-time board-eligible/board-certified Internal physician to join a well-established, thriving, 25+ physician Internal Medicine team in Mission Viejo, California. This is a strong community-oriented clinic that focuses on adult patients. Be part of an exceptional and supportive multi-specialty group while enjoying a balanced schedule in coastal southern California. * Flexible Monday to Friday schedule * Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply * Outpatient care only * Income guarantee * Productivity and Quality Incentive Pay * Relocation Support * Lab and x-ray onsite * Compensation is between $250,000 and $370,982 per year * The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
