Description We are recruiting for an Intake Coordinator to join a growing plaintiff consumer warranty firm in Century City. This role is contract-to-hire and five days on site. It starts on Wednesday, May 21. Responsibilities: + Provide top-tier customer service, primarily in a call center setting + Conduct detailed reviews of cases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date + Facilitate introductions for client cases, acting as the primary point of contact + Leverage various software tools used to track and input information around calls + Utilize communication skills to maintain positive client relations + Manage a high volume of inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly + Use Spanish language skills, if available, to cater to a diverse range of clients. Details: + Pay: $22/hour during the contract period, $24/hr+ if converted to direct hire + Work Schedue: On-site, 5 days/week + Hours: Monday-Friday 9AM-5:30PM (normal business hours) during the first few weeks (training period) + Following the training period Tuesday-Friday 11AM-8PM & Saturday 8AM-5PM (Sundays and Mondays off) If interested, please submit resume directly to morgan.alessini@roberthalf[dotcom] with the subject line "Intake Coordinator".
