Middle Tennessee Oral and Implant Surgery is seeking a skilled and committed Insurance Coordinator to join our team at our Murfreesboro location. The ideal candidate should possess a natural inclination towards providing compassionate service and exceptional care to our patients.
Duties And Responsibilities
Respond to patient's questions concerning billing and payments.
Processing patient insurance payments.
Submit claims to insurance companies.
Research and examine all claims.
Process outstanding claims reports.
Work denied claims and submit corrected claims.
Post EFT, check payments, and credit card payments.
Process insurance payments.
Answering phone calls promptly.
Requirements
1+ years of Medical and Dental Insurance Verification experience is highly desired.
1+ years of Oral Surgery insurance experience is preferred.
2+ years of customer focused experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be organized, detailed oriented, and accurate.
Enjoy interacting with patients and working in a team environment.
Follow protocols and guidelines as they relate to patient privacy (HIPAA/OSHA).
High school diploma or equivalent.
