Job Title: HR Coordinator (On-site)
Client: Leading Big 4 Firm
Location: Boston, MA
Pay: $20–$25/hour
Assignment Type: Contract (Possibility of extension)
Duration: 9 months
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support staffing operations for a prestigious Big 4 firm. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional services environment. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with deal teams to gather real-time updates on active projects and staffing needs.
Maintain and update project schedules using the firm’s Resource Management software.
Lead regular staffing calls with client-facing teams to ensure resource alignment.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition.
Take ownership of intern program coordination, including planning and execution.
Support resource managers in strategic workforce planning for Financial Due Diligence (FDD) projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Previous experience in project coordination, HR, or resource management is a plus but not required.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and resource management tools; experience with dashboards and data processing is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a collaborative and professional demeanor.
