About the Role
As the Head Customer Service Representative (Head Teller), you will be a key front-line representative, ensuring every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and engaging. You'll play an essential role in processing transactions, assisting with daily operations, and promoting financial products that benefit customers.
What You'll Do
Perform a variety of teller duties, including cash handling, processing transactions, and managing wires.
Lead, mentor, and train new customer service representatives, ensuring team success.
Organize work schedules and coordinate staff lunches to maintain smooth operations.
Approve transaction overrides and ensure adherence to security and banking protocols.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
Review audit checklists, reports, and logs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment while providing top-tier service.

Willingness to work some extended hours, including Saturday mornings.
