Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Grant Writer/Manager for our client in Long Beach, CA. This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to supporting athletes through impactful programs and inclusive community initiatives.

• Location: Long Beach, CA (100% Onsite)
• Pay: $62,000 – $66,000/year
• Shifts Available: Full-Time Schedule | Benefits eligible from the 1st of the following month

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a portfolio of grants from institutional, corporate, and government funders
• Write and coordinate compelling proposals and ensure grant compliance and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to align funding needs with grant opportunities
• Cultivate and steward funder relationships through ongoing communication and engagement
• Maintain accurate records using Raiser’s Edge and lead strategic grant initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3–5 years of experience in grant writing, management, and foundation relations
• Strong writing, research, and project management skills
• Proficiency with Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM systems
• Willingness to travel, work evenings/weekends, and pass background/DMV checks
