**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Specialist - Banks Client Service within Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) in Enterprise Functions. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com ( **In this role, you will:** + Be accountable for a complex portfolio of customers + Share leadership role with managers to oversee a portfolio of accounts + Identify opportunity for process improvements within the portfolio + Review and analyze the decision process for customer accounts and evaluate the profitability and risk of designated portfolio + Verify compliance and report identified issues for resolution + Make decisions on complex customer issues + Develop expertise in the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements + Handle complex customer issues which include escalation and resolution + Lead team and serve as a subject matter expert for the department + Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals + Interact with internal customers + Receive direction from leaders + Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements **Required Qualifications:** + 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education + ·2+ years of Treasury management experience in service or implementation **Desired Qualifications:** + Advanced knowledge of Treasury Management products and services + Ability to lead complex projects and initiatives (including those that are with broad impact) + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills + Experience dealing with a diverse customer base + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment + Ability to work independently, organizing and managing multiple priorities + Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important + Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information + Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Power Point **Job Expectations:** + This position offers a hybrid work schedule + Scheduled hours for this role is 10:00 am -7:00 pm EST + Position will report to one of the posted locations as per Enterprise/LOB guidance currently on a hybrid schedule + Preferred locations are listed in the posted and no other locations are being considered at this time + This position is not eligible for VISA sponsorship + Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process **Pay Range:** El Monte, California: $60,800 - $108,200 annually Philadelphia, PA: $60,800 - $108,200 annually Wilmington, DE: $60,800 - $108,200 annually Charlotte, NC: $55,300 - $98,300 annually Salary range is determined by location of the job May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards **Pay Range** Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
