This is a hands-on on-site position, 40 hours or more weekly in the restaurant, with some crossover to the C470 & Kipling location possible.

Benefits:
• Compensation: $45,000-50,000 *depending on experience
• Health Benefits: Owner/Operator contributes $650+ monthly (out of pocket cost of $60-100 monthly)

Opportunity:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly-detailed person with strong business acumen to join our team at Chick-fil-A Aspen Grove as a member of our director-level leadership team. Previous leadership experience of 2-3 years is required. Restaurant experience in both FOH and BOH is a plus.
This restaurant is located at 7301 S. Santa Fe Drive, Littleton, Colorado 80120.

Your Impact:
• Delivering operational excellence & coordinating with other leaders to deliver remarkable results across all areas of the restaurant
• Building high-performance teams, identifying and coaching leaders for both Front of House and Back of House operations
• Managing a team of 80+, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards
• Increasing profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promote sales
• Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
• Increasing overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings, and setting high-level collaborative goals
Background and Competencies:
• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years in a management position
• Proven track record of developing others and leading teams of people
• Humility - Willingness to complete tasks outside of one’s day to day job duties for the overall benefit of our organization
• Ownership - Ability to implement systems and desire to see tasks through to completion

A Day In The Life:
• Monday- Saturday availability | 40 hours/week | Sundays off | Directors ideally have two days off per week, willing to work a varying schedule including evenings.
• Time Expectations: During the training period you will accelerate through all aspects of the Back of House before progressing to the different roles in the Front of House. As you see how all of these pieces fit together, you will learn how to think and what to look for when it comes to running all aspects of the operation.
If you are developed, qualified, and performing with excellence, the operational schedule will shift in the first 2 months to 25-35 hours per week on shift, allowing 10-15 hours per week off shift to focus on leadership responsibilities. While on shift, you will ensure operational excellence while leading teams of up to 35 people and an organization of 80+ people.
