We are currently seeking a talented CNC Mill, Lathe, or EDM Programmer & Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality part production, while continuously learning and growing alongside a skilled team of machinists.

What We’re Looking For :
The successful candidate will ideally have:

• 8+ years of experience in a job shop environment, making parts to exacting standards.
• Expertise in programming and setting up CNC machines.
• Experience with SolidCam or Solidworks is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Ability to perform and/or direct machine setups, prove out first parts, and use basic inspection tools.
• Capability to modify programs for optimum efficiency and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail for part inspection and program verification.
• A passion for innovation, learning, and sharing new practices with the team.
• A strong work ethic, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to being part of the solution.
• A team-oriented, hands-on, and resourceful approach to challenges.
