We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. You’ll be on the frontlines of outreach—identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients to help drive our expansion into new markets and sectors.
* Conduct outbound prospecting through cold email, social media (primarily LinkedIn), and strategic DMs, sms, and phone calls
* Qualify inbound leads from marketing funnels and assign them to the appropriate sales reps
* Book discovery calls and sales appointments for the senior sales team
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Ignite Funnels/ Go High Level)
* Research market trends and client needs to personalize outreach and positioning
* Collaborate with marketing and content teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
* Meet and exceed weekly KPIs for outreach volume, lead qualification, and appointments set
* 2+ years in a sales, BDR, or SDR role (preferably in marketing, SaaS, or B2B services)
* Proven experience generating and qualifying leads
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills—especially in cold messaging
* Familiarity with CRMs and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Ignite Funnels, Apollo, etc.)
* Highly organized, coachable, and goal-driven
* Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in digital marketing, sales funnels, or agency services
* Understanding of lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, [ etc.)
* Familiarity with sales scripts, objection handling, and call frameworks (e.g., BANT, SPIN)
