Pay Rate: $19.50/hour

We are seeking a Field Operations Cyclist to join our bike or scooter operations team. As a Field Cyclist, you will be responsible for field-based tasks to ensure the effective operation of the system's bike & scooter capacities and station performance. The ideal candidate should be very comfortable biking and navigating around the city, as well as have excellent communication skills, and the ability to make in-the-moment decisions to meet and exceed team KPIs.  Anticipated end date for this position is September 2025.

Requirements

• Previous Customer Service Experience preferred.

• The ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
• The ability to use technology provided by the company.
• A willingness to work in all weather conditions outside, year-round.
• Has reliable access to transportation to and from work.
• The ability to lift 75 lbs.
• The ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be available on the weekends and holidays.

Due to the nature of the work performed by the company, team members may be assigned to perform duties outside their responsibilities.
