As an Associate Director, Client Partnerships, you'll drive strategic advertising initiatives, build trusted client relationships, and unlock new revenue streams. Accountabilities:

• Develop and manage partnerships with new and existing clients to support long-term revenue growth.
• Drive outbound sales efforts while nurturing inbound leads and current client relationships.
• Craft innovative media solutions aligned with partner goals, informed by a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across content, marketing, and product to deliver high-impact campaigns.
• Leverage your existing network of agency and brand relationships to expand the company’s advertiser base.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build brand visibility and foster new leads.
• Maintain strong sales reporting practices, ensuring accurate forecasting and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in digital media, advertising, or news publishing environments.
• Established relationships with agencies and brands, particularly in the NYC or DC markets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a solution-oriented sales approach.
• Proven track record in an outbound sales environment with lead generation and deal closing responsibilities.
• Deep understanding of digital media and marketing tech, including trends and competitive landscape.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong prioritization and organizational abilities.
• Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and willingness to travel when needed.

• Base salary range: $67,000 – $90,000 USD (plus variable compensation based on performance)
