Job Title: Accounts Payable ClerkJob Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The role involves managing all aspects of accounts payable including invoice processing, matching invoices to purchase orders, and ensuring accurate and timely payments. Responsibilities + Review invoices for accuracy and completeness. + Match invoices to purchase orders and verify receipt of goods/services. + Enter and code invoices into the accounting system. + Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments. + Reconcile accounts payable transactions. + Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date. + Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues. + Maintain vendor files and documentation. + Assist with month-end closing and reporting. + Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries. Essential Skills + Accounts payable experience + Invoice processing + Accounting + Three-way matching + Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables Additional Skills & Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent + Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role + Proficiency in accounting software such as Oracle or SAP + Strong understanding of basic accounting principles + Excellent attention to detail and accuracy + Strong organizational and time management skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Work Environment This position requires working onsite in a collaborative and innovative environment. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
